The delivery time will depend on the country to which the product is sent. To avoid any problems during transportation, it is imperative that the order form be filled in correctly.

Please remember that if the payment is by means of bank transfer, the order will not de despatched until we receive confirmation of the transfer. We do not dispatch to post office boxes.

National deliveries
For deliveries in Spain, the delivery time will be from 2 to 3 working days starting from the payment of the order.

Pictures up to 100x100 cm: Free
Picture bigger than 100x100cm: Free
Sculptures up to 25 Kg: Free

International deliveries
For international deliveries, the delivery time will be of approximately 8 working days. Deliveries will be free (starting at 200€) to countries of the EU (European Union) and affiliated countries. Andorra, Vatican City, Monaco and San Marino are considered to be affiliated countries.

For international deliveries outside the European union, we will give you an estimate of the transport cost.

If it is believed that delivery will be longer than the agreed period, we will communicate this to the User and he will be able to cancel the order. The payment will be refunded.

We cannot be held responsible for possible delays, when these are due to unforeseen or unavoidable acts, such as strikes, natural disasters, accidents and other causes of overwhelming force.
