Moscardó Brothers’ Exhibition

On May 16, we opened Tarannà, the new exhibition by Ramon and Josep Moscardó. A collection of Mediterranean works, full of color and vitality, that will accompany us throughout the summer months.

Tarannà perfectly represents the creative world of Ramon and Josep Moscardó. As Xavier Senon, artist and author of the exhibition catalogue, describes them: they are “painters with great craft and long careers,” who “savor a moment or a place, internalize it and recreate it in a gentle way so that others can enjoy it.” This exhibition captures the essence of their work: authenticity, humanism, and creative joy.

Josep and Ramon Moscardó, born in Barcelona in 1953, are artists who have followed parallel paths in the world of painting. Each with his own style, but with a shared sensitivity, they have learned to capture what often goes unnoticed: the beauty of everyday moments. Urban scenes, lived-in landscapes, lively markets, charming cafés… All painted from direct observation, with sketchbooks and easels. They are not confined to the studio: they go out into the streets, blend in with people, and capture the soul of the places they paint.
