EXHIBITION | Tante belle cose
.
Carlos DĂaz's new exhibition is inaugurated! Under the name Tante belle cose, the artist brings us the beauty of everyday moments located in urban landscapes.
.
.
Light, the play of textures and the ephemeral moments of everyday life are the protagonists of his works that you can find exhibited until June 15 at the Anquins gallery.
.
.
The exhibition has been attended by art enthusiasts, artists, clients, friends and acquaintances. We have been able to see where the name of this exhibition comes from: Tante belle cose, as the artist says, is an omen originating in Italy that is used to wish others, as a farewell, to recognize and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us in all its forms, big and small, and find joy in the small details of everyday life.
.
.
In the words of RamĂłn CasalĂ© Soler -art critic-: For Carlos DĂaz, the reflection of the soil moist from rain or watering, as well as the shadows that appear on a bare wall, indicate the presence of some living element passing through the street or the movement of the branches or leaves of a tree, or simply a plant located in any corner. He has discovered that when looking at the ground things also happen, which are often insignificant details but which for him do have enough importance and that is why he incorporates them into his compositional ideology.
.
Carlos DĂaz tells us that “in this exhibition I intend to make a parallel between the omen and my way of experiencing beauty, that of my daily life, the one that governs my painting and creates my plastic world. I rely on abstract patterns to dress a figuration committed to finding emotion and hopefully providing, as in the omen, an iota of happiness in whoever contemplates it.”
