Payment by means of credit card

You can make your payments by means of credit or debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron, 4B, Euro 6000.

In case of fraudulent use or undue charges, the holder of the cards will have to communicate it as soon as possible.

Payment by means of bank transfer

Once the order has been made, you will receive a mail with the summary of the purchase, together with the number of the order. It is important that in the field Order you state the number of the order together with your first and surname.

If you do not receive the mail, please contact the Customer Service Centre. There are often errors when writing your information or temporary failures of the internet.

The bank transfer must be made within 7 days following the confirmation of the order. When we verify that the transfer has been made correctly, we will proceed to delivery of the product.

Any possible bank commission or change of currency is to be paid by the buyer. If you make the bank transfer from outside of Spain, please inform your bank that you will pay all the commissions at source.

Paypal

Payment can also be made using PayPal. If you use PayPal you will be able to make the payment without the need to reveal your credit card details.

A PayPal account is necessary and your purchases can be paid for by debit card, credit card or bank account.

Visa and MasterCard use a system to ensure payments are secure on the internet, identifying the holder before authorizing the payment.

Bank details introduced are encrypted and transmitted securely to the servers of the financial entities. The systems of the latter check and verify the authenticity of the information to avoid fraud and abuse.

We neither store nor register any bank detail during the operation of payment. For this reason we make the payment by means of mailing of information using systems of encryption SSL (Secure Socker Layer), so that only the banking entity has access to the information of the user.
