Josep LLuís FLORIT

Josep Lluís Florit (1909–2001) is one of the leading figures of 20th-century Catalan painting. After studying in Olot, Figueres, Paris and Madrid, he developed his artistic career with a distinctive visual language characterized by expressive brushwork, a rich use of colour, and a remarkable poetic sensibility.
