DIDIER LOURENÇO. Forever
We are pleased to announce that the 4 Catalan galleries that work with Didier Lourenço have joined forces to organise a series of exhibitions in homage to Didier Lourenço, exhibitions that will cover the entire artistic season.
Didier Forever will host a selection of original works of oil on canvas, paper and iron sculpture. The works will be different and unique to each gallery, from all kinds of themes and periods. In the Anquin's Gallery the exhibition will run from 22 November 2024 to 10 January 2025.
The other important element is that the last collection of lithographs will be presented. Didier was working on it in April and May 2023 in close collaboration with the great Fulvio. After Didier's sudden death, the tandem Sylvie and Fulvio Lourenço decided to print the edition in November 2023. The plates were authenticated before a notary and destroyed. All copies are hand-numbered and signed with a dry stamp and an ink stamp with their characteristic Ço. signature. Each lithograph is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The lithographs are now available in the gallery and can also be purchased online.
